About Our Moms

Snarkzilla got its inspo from Peacock Rebellion, a queer trans BIPOC arts crew that ran a wildly awesome comedy training program called Brouhaha starting in 2014.

Over the years, new Peacocks came in and got excited about doing music, visual arts, and a ton of amazing stuff other than comedy, while other Peacocks just wanted to make fart jokes for justice.

The mama birbs were already doing the most, so they spun off the bebe birb comedy programs into their own organization, Snarkzilla.

We’re so excited to grow into new genres of comedy :)

We work really closely with the Peacocks, who are still going strong and are helping us get on our feet.

We’re a fiscally sponsored project of Social Good Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that cuts our admin costs & puts more of your cold hard cash into comedy.
